2016 Endowment application process is open May 13-June 5, 2016. Grants will be available by July 15th 2016

Calvary by the Sea is  blessed to have an endowment of more than $240,000.  Each year we can distribute up to 4.5% of the value of the endowment for projects at CBTS.  Based on the 12/31/15 value, the amount available for distribution this year is $10,957. The endowment committee plans to submit the proposed projects to the Council of Deacons at the regularly scheduled June meeting.  We need your help to identify projects by June 5th. There are very few restrictions on the use of the funds.  The funds could be used for a local, regional, national or international mission; programs to support youth of all ages; education programs; music and worship, or building and grounds projects.  Please share your ideas about how these funds could strengthen and expand the mission of Calvary by the Sea.

The Endowment committee has posted an Application form That may be used to request funding for worthy projects for this year’s distribution.  Paper forms will also be available at the usher’s table during worship on Sunday mornings and in the church office.  Please contact a member of the Endowment Team with questions.
